Emily Kukovica
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (OMP)
M.OMSc, B.Kin
Emily started her healthcare journey with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, where she competed as a Varsity Track and Field Athlete. Her lifelong passion for sports came with an assortment of injuries, exposing her to various forms of healthcare treatments. As a result, she discovered the benefits of osteopathy, leading her to pursue her Master in Practice diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO).
The CAO offers a rigorous 4,200-hour program that combines in-depth academic study with extensive hands-on training. The curriculum is built on osteopathic principles, emphasizing the relationship between structure and function, and providing students with a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
Emily sees every person as a unique individual, and every treatment she provides is tailored to the patient's needs. Her goal is to help improve mobility, optimize function, and support the body's natural ability to heal. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to move and feel better, Emily works with you to help your body reach its full potential.
When not at work, you can find Emily rock climbing, cycling, or hiking one of Hamilton’s many trails.
Julie O’Connor
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
A different approach to care.
Bodywork does not have to be painful to be effective. Julie embraces a slow-paced, mindful approach to each treatment, creating a supportive space for rest, recovery, and healing. Her goal is to help clients better attune to their bodies while addressing pain, tension, and movement restrictions.
Julie integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques into her treatments, including contemporary medical acupuncture, cupping, and myofascial release. She believes that lasting results come from working with the body rather than against it, tailoring each session to the individual needs of her clients.
